Refund policy

At Axeonmart , customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery (you can adjust the number of days). To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers may not be eligible for return or refund unless defective.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received.

For exchanges, customers may request a size replacement subject to stock availability. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
